Usability
Although one key feature of FP11 was not brought over (4 field behavior by status, on the roadmap thankfully), the functions available still allow relatively smooth UI and with the implementation of custom consoles, portals and service categories, user can still largely enjoy a seamless experience.
However, the colour schemes available could be better, the existing schemes available aren’t sexy enough for users to appreciate and lack of Wow factor.
