Inok Systems and Activeo Merger
1. Why is Inok Systems joining Activeo?
Inok Systems is operating in a highly competitive marketplace. To compete even more effectively we need to achieve scale to attract both businesses and talents. Scaling up quickly requires resources that the combined entity is better positioned for.
2. Who is Activeo?
Activeo Singapore is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Activeo Group which is a multi-national corporation with global headquarters in Paris, France.
The Activeo Group has offices in 7 countries and total employees of over 180. Activeo focuses on Contact Centre Technologies and Customer Experience .
3. Why Activeo?
Inok Systems has been partnering with Activeo on projects since 2019. We’ve had a lot of time to learn about each other. We not only have a shared business approach but also complementary products and skillsets. This unique combination will enable us to not only serve the existing combined customer based better but also address an even larger market.
4. How will customers benefit from this merger?
As a result of this merger, Inok Systems will immediately have access to:
i. a larger pool of resources to expand the business
ii. a larger pool of talent globally
iii. global 24×7 support infrastructure and team
For specific domains like Contact Centres, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Experience Management, Inok Systems can now offer a more complete end-to-end solution.
5. How will this merger affect our contracts, business relationships and projects?
Inok Systems Pte Ltd (UEN 200010140C) will continue to exist as a business entity. All existing contracts and agreements continue to be in force and will not need to be re-signed.
We do not expect major changes in rates, pricing policies and contractual terms in the near future. There are also no changes to our partnerships with product principals.
6. When will this acquisition be finalized?
This acquisition has been completed and takes effect 01st July 2022.
