When you feel you don’t have enough skill to do your work effectively, stop complain and start learn. The easiest way is you can ask your colleague or do it yourself.

4. Eat well.
Job is important, but your body is the most important, do not skip breakfast or lunch.  Eat healthy foods most of the time, and spend some time to do exercise to keep your body fit and fresh.

5. Rest wll.
Get adequate sleep every night. If you’re not refreshed every day, you’ll lack effectiveness at work.
