Inok Systems is pleased to welcome Wilfred Ho who joined the Inok Systems team in September as a Solutions Architect. Wilfred brings with him more than 10 years experience in the IT industry. He has worked in various pre and post sales roles as a Consultant, Consulting Manager and Project manager with companies like Coopers & Lybrand, Winsoft, Business Technovise International, Applix Singapore and VIATech Consulting.

As a Solutions Architect, Wilfred will be responsible for designing solutions using Inok System's portfolio of products like FootPrints Service desk and workflow automation, XMediusFAX Enterprise Fax Server and GoldMine CRM to meet clients' requirements.

Unipress becomes part of Numara Software - FootPrints software to benefit from significantly more development and support resources

 

On 13 September 2006, Numara Software, Inc, announced its acquisition of UniPress Software, developer of FootPrints web-based service desk software solutions. Numara Software bought Unipress Software for its web-based FootPrints Service Desk and Workflow automation software and technology. The FootPrints software will continue to be supported and enhanced and in fact benefit from access to significantly more development and support resources. Tampa, FL (September 13, 2006) – Numara Software, Inc, today announced its acquisition of UniPress Software, developer of FootPrints web-based service desk software solutions. The combination of these two highly successful and established organizations positions Numara Software as the dominant leader in the small and mid-sized enterprise service desk market.
